This workshop will introduce characteristics and differences of the following generations:
Participants will learn about the unique perspectives of each generation and the similarities among the generations. The main sources of conflict for multi-generational teams will be presented, and a process will be introduced for teams to work through these conflicts to get better results. In addition, research on the characteristics of effective teams will be explored.
